The Public Awareness – Corrections Today (PACT), a free public
information conference presented by the Texas Department of Criminal
Justice (TDCJ), is scheduled for Saturday, April 17, 2010, from 8:30
a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The PACT Conference, coordinated by the TDCJ
Ombudsman Program, will once again be held at the Sam Houston State
University (SHSU) Criminal Justice Center in Huntsville.

A hotel, run by Sam Houston State, is attached to the Criminal Justice Center.  It is a very convenient place to stay if you need to be in Huntsville over-night.   http://www.shsuhotel.org/
